Original Ginger Beer from DMC Brewery - OGB is brewed and fermented with a traditional pure ginger beer plant using only fresh ingredients.
Rich gold spiced Whitby Rum is distilled with sea-buckthorn and pepper dulse then laid to rest in Madeira casks. The result is a mellow spiced rum with subtle charred orange, cinnamon overtones and caramel whispers. This lightly spiced rum has candied plum overtones followed by caramel whispers. The powerful coastal flavours fade into a pleasantly spiced finish. An initial aroma of scorched orange followed by elegant spiced overtones. Enjoyable on the rocks as well as a rum and ginger.
